At CPMS, we are not just a project management organization, we are also a project management training organization. Training in project management has always been one of our key focuses right from our inception in 1988. We thus come with a considerable amount of experience in training in this field.
Having managed over 200 projects for several clients, we have real-life experience managing clients, consultants, contractors and projects so, the training we provide is not just theory. We bring the whole of all our experiences into our training and enable our participants to connect with the challenges they have on their projects. This makes us a wholly Project Management Company.
In our over 12 years’ experience in project management training. We have trained over 100 people, and many of them have proceeded to the professional examinations in project management.
While our experience enables us to look at projects from the strategic and operational perspectives, we strengthen our participants with the theoretical knowledge that reinforce best practices to ensure that they can deliver better on critical project parameters. In this respect, we are the first Nigerian company to be certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI)®, as a PMI Registered Education Provider. This certifies that our training is of world standard and our certificates are tenable anywhere. Must of our trainers are PMP credential holders.
